Singer songwriter and Youngstown, Ohio native Susan Wojnar has been playing in the NE Ohio area for over 20 years. She has just released her 3rd CD, Starz on the Water. Her voice has a pungency that is part blues, part punk and part bluesy night club singer all her own. She combines a variety of musical styles--blues, jazz, folk and rock that are anything but passive and delivered in a voice that grabs the listener by the ear. Her songs embrace social issues, little slices of life and of course, matters of the heart.
Joining her for this Rialto Living Room performance is one of Youngstown, Ohio's premier guitarists and blues veteran, Bill Fischer who's blazing guitar leads add an extra edge to Susan's already edgy vocals. Bill has lent his talents as lead guitarist to such notable groups as Chain' the Blues, Groove Time and A Fifth of Blues.
