Tall Grass
Tall Grass is a Indie Rock band based out of Cleveland Ohio. With roots in genres spanning across generations, Tall Grass has captured a sound that is both melodic and somber. With a combination of heavy hitting riffs and ear bending guitar solos, they have found a sound that can only be described as fun. The group consists of Ben Principe (Guitar, Vocals), Mario Benjamin (Guitar, Vocals), Jonah Rigby (Drums), and Paul Perrotti (Bass).
After releasing their debut self titled album in December of 2022, Tall Grass has been full steam ahead with getting to share these songs with the world!
Whiffler
Bringing together heavy-hitting rock rhythms, melodic vocals and leads, and jazz-influenced unpredictability, Whiffler creates an experience that is both high-energy and deeply moving. Nick Scotese (Vocals, Guitar) Jack McLaughlin (Vocals, Guitar), Cian Liaskos (Vocals, Bass) and Aidan Forrey (Drums). They deftly combine a wide range of influences from emo to rock to pop to jazz into cohesive numbers that hit hard from all angles.
New to the scene in 2023, Whiffler is off to a fast start with a full Summer show schedule, and an EP recording in the works. Their single “Magnet” is streaming now on all services.
Mid
Based in Kent, OH, the band presently and indefinitely known as “mid.” is exactly that. Comprised of: founding members Mattie Mitchell (they/them, guitar and lead vocals) and Dylan Ring (he/him, bass guitar and vocals); as well as Maddie Innocenti (she/her, guitar); DJ Williams (he/him, drums and vocals); and Nate Wallace (he/him, tenor and alto sax), they’re pooling a variety of styles and influences together to make some good ol’ fashioned emo trash. It’s loud. It’s fun. It’s fast. It’s bittersweet. Maybe even a little whiny. Above all, it’s mid.
Strobe Light Casualties
Strobe Light Casualties strives for creative and original tracks, feel good songs, and easy listening music to continue the gift of Rock and Roll. From above a two car garage the band was created with humor, friendship, ambition, and the need to express themselves through sound. Strobe Light Casualties hopes to pay homage to the Rock and Roll capital of the world by bringing a well-educated sound from great influences through all suburbs of rock music. Whether it’s viewed as “blues alternative” by the band members, or a song that resonates with you, the listener. The band has made its mark. So, slap on your headphones, buckle up, and hold on tight because you’re rocking for the first time with the Strobe Light Casualties.
