Susan Wojnar
“Diverse” is the word that most accurately describes the style of Northeast Ohio singer/songwriter/musician Susan Wojnar who draws on blues, jazz rock and folk for her original material. She has released one CD, Foolscircle and one international release, Catch 22, through Toronto, Canada indie label Rotonoto. Her powerful, soulful vocals and percussive acoustic guitar style have been gracing her performances in the Northeast /Central Ohio for over 20 years. She has fronted several all-female bands, such as The Pranksters and The Heartbeats, and takes a special interest in championing area female musicians. I was born and raised in Youngstown, oh where I still reside
I am a guitarist, singer/songwriter. I have been writing songs consistently since 2002. The songs I receive are inspired by God through life events as well as dreams. These songs have helped me heal from the misfortunes that happen in life. My hope is that they will help you as well.
I count it a privilege to be chosen to bring songs into the world. Music has been my passion since I was a young boy. I am a solo acoustic performer who has a knack for catering to the crowd. I play throughout the Youngstown and surrounding area.
I will be spending the latter half of this year in the studio creating a CD.
