Glenn Lazear is a middle-management collar dad rock band from Upper Ohio. They have recently developed a deep affection for the work of Oildale, California songwriter Merle Haggard, and Athens, Georgia rockers R.E.M.. Their first album, MAN FROM MINGO, debuted in 2018. They also starred in the Glenn Lazear Christmas Special in 2019. 2022 sees the release of their sophomore effort, RESTLAND, with the release party at The Rialto Theater.
Talons’ is a post-folk band from northeast Ohio that has been recording songs about the absurdity of American life since 2003. From 9/11 to the financial crisis to Trump and now the Pandemic, Talons’ explores our ridiculous existence. The songs are dark but sometimes they are funny too.
